Session 5 - Challenge Your Negative Automatic Thoughts

You will identify your negative automatic thoughts and thought traps, and then challenge these problematic thoughts in order to form a better way of thinking.

Session 6 - Actively Working on Overcoming Your BPD

Your diary and your activity plan are two of the most important CBT tools in overcoming BPD. We guarantee that the more wholeheartedly you use these two tools, the more progress you will make.

Session 7 - Looking at Self-Esteem - Stop Rating Yourself

We look at how self-labeling is bad for us and how it drains our self-esteem. We will find out some "better" alternatives and ways to beat self-labeling. Stop judging and start accepting!

Session 8 - Looking to the Future

Finally, we will evaluate your goals and help you set new ones. You will also take the BPD test again to measure your progress.
