She has a warm, caring tone, and her voice is very relaxing. She also has a great sense of humor, which I appreciate. I was having situational anxiety due to divorce, and difficulty sleeping/awakening several times/night. Her audio for relaxation was very helpful. I am now SOUNDLY sleeping, and dreaming! "I originally subscribed only for Insomnia & Sleep problems, but within the first two weeks of CBT, my therapist and I still haven’t even discussed CBTi “for Insomnia”, as he was able to help me understand that Insomnia was largely just a symptom of a much more deep rooted mental health issue, mainly Anxiety. Buy focusing our efforts of the root problem, and learning methods to reduce my anxiety, I’ve been largely successful in improving my sleep within a short period of time — and to top it off I feel comforted knowing that this will be a long process, but fezivle and at a pace that suits my budget and needs. Highly recommend it!

"I really really like the service this page provides. There are many different tools and approaches to help figuring out what the issues are and how to support each individual (using this for couples therapy) to move forward.
I took one star off because it is not always the easiest to schedule appointments due to different time zones and the page itself is sometimes having difficulties to keep a good quality for the video sessions.
Outside of that I still recommend this platform for therapy.
