I need some help so here I am
Rolling Eyes Big step for me, online is best suited to my situation at the mo, I hope it helps cos I really can't do this anymore. I am sick and tired of waking up every morning and not being happy about the new day!! I watch my 10 year old girl wake up and she is so happy and spontaneous and I am so cynical and bloody grumpy!! She and I deserve better.

I came back!
I have completed quite a few worksheets, not every day, just as I have felt the need, I do feel a bit dfferent, in a good way.
