Once you gain weight and the longer you keep it on, the harder it can be to lose. The best way to maintain a well balanced body is consuming low calorie diet and maintaining a regular exercise schedule. In these days there are number of weight loss programs to help you.

You need not to worry if it is difficult to spend money for weight loss programs. You can start your own weight loss program from your kitchen. Go to your kitchen and get rid of all unhealthy foods. First of all you have to remove all those fatty foods, chips, snacks and artificial drinks etc from your kitchen that are main contributors to your heavy weight.

Go to grocery store and purchase different varieties of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals and by including them in your foods you can get the proper nutrition. Avoid purchasing cakes and donuts. Purchase baked chips instead of fried. Dried nuts and fruits are good alternative for snacks.

The diet industry and the media alike tell the millions of people who struggle with weight control that it is the way they eat and exercise that keeps them in that struggle. Diet pills and fads tell you that if you simply add this or that product to your daily eating plan, you will reduce the number of calories you consume and therefore lose weight.

If you want lose your weight but if you are on pills that's danger for you. It's highly side effected.

For weight control you need to understand the difference between hunger and food craving. its okay to be hungry sometimes but you need to learn the trick to distract your mind to from food.

Try squeeze your hands tight when you have feel like having some good food and let the carving pass.

Hi All,

I think Claudine has given a wonderful idea. We need to take care of the cravings in order to shed out extra pounds. Once we know about different ways in which we can distract our mind off food, I think that will help us a lot.

Can you please suggest some tips to control mind and distract it from food cravings?

Darn why is the world so obsessed about weight so much. I am really pissed off with my weight issues. I start an exercise regime but never stick to it as I find it difficult. Is anyone else also struggling like me? Guys I need a lot of motivation :(
