"I have been using Online-therapy.com for about 2mo now. Nessa, my therapist, has been WONDERFUL to talk to. She asks appropriate questions to get you thinking. She has a warm, caring tone, and her voice is very relaxing. She also has a great sense of humor, which I appreciate. I was having situational anxiety due to divorce, and difficulty sleeping/awakening several times/night. Her audio for relaxation was very helpful. I am now SOUNDLY sleeping, and dreaming! My anxiety has dropped from a 10 (panic attacks) to 4, and now is mostly resolved. I feel a renewed sense of myself, my confidence, and hope for the future.
