"I Love Mina So Much! She is very helpful and easy to WITH. She gives me ALOT of ways to EXAMINE MY LIFE SO THAT I CAN FIND HAPPINESS FOR “ME” FIRST. You don’t see that in a lot of therapists. Also, I don’t see her choosing sides. I would NEVER WANT OR ASK FOR ANOTHER THERAPIST.

"This app has many features to help make it through a rough time, the yoga I have been doing for years really helps to calm your nerves. It is also great exercise. Their is a calendar feature that if you don't already use a calendar can help plan out your time can help to get through and see that things improve with activity. As well as evidence based cognitive approaches and therapy."

"After only 3 days into this therapy program, I was able to reprogram my negative thoughts and gain control over my negative behaviors & reactions by replacing them with a newfound positive attitude and seeing my problems and obstacles in a whole new light.

"I like this platform so far for many reasons.
I can do it on my phone from anywhere.
It involves a lot of writing which I’m comfortable with.
My therapist is very responsive and provides thoughtul replies that show she’s not a bot. I do worry about bots. Some of the repiles could have been produced by a bot and an LLM but most feel personal and attentive.
I’ve never done online therapy. This was a good experience. I don’t know if I would do it again, but I will let you know after I’ve met with my therapist.
