Social Phobia or Social Anxiety Disorder – Fear of Being Judged

Social phobia, or social anxiety disorder, can dress up in many clothes, but it is mostly known as being an irrational fear of being judged by other people, or being humiliated, or embarrassed by one’s own actions.
