My therapist Karon Hopkins is a very caring professional and knowledgeable person that from day one has made it easy/ comfortable to talk to. I also love the dashboard. It makes it easy to keep up with your tasks, messages, appointments and daily journaling. The yoga videos are an added bonus. I did try the beginning one. It was easy but because of my personal health issues I couldn’t perform some off the positions. But, what I could do, generated relaxation. I found chair yoga was best for me. Perhaps this site could also have chair yoga as an option."
