He using this money to buy food. He is suffering from obesity . He cannot manage his money and has been living with us, however, I want him out and he has no where to go as he has no money or job. His appearance, weighing probably 400 lbs. keeps him from getting a job that pays any kind of descent salary to live, but then he spends it on food not thinking of housing or lifes necessities to make it on his own.

I need a program for him that will guide him in gluttony as well as stealing.
