I AM SUFFERING FROM CONTINUOUS PANIC AND ANXIETY ATTACKS WHICH INCREASES MY STOMACH UPSET AND MADE ME HAVE DEPRESSION. THE PANIC ATTACKS, CONTINUOUS FEARS AND NAUSEA TURNED MY LIFE INTO HELL. I FEEL I WILL HAVE A BOUT OF ENDLESS VOMITING THEN DIE. IS THERE A TREATMENT AS CBT WHICH I CAN HAVE AT HOME OR CORRESPONDENCE WITH A THERAPIST TO HELP ME IN MOMENTS OF SEVERE STRESS.
