My therapist is very patient with me and gives me time to process what I want to say and also is very accepting of my way of thinking and encourages me to think further into my own processes than I normally would.
I am very impressed with the website and it's ease of use as well. I don't have any trouble getting to where I need to be. The only negative thing I have found so far is there is no way to upload images so when I was asked to do an exercise that involved a simple drawing I was unable to share it with my therapist.
