Ms. Lee is currently undergoing her accredited online PhD degree of Marriage and Family Therapy specialized in Children and Teens at Northcentral University, U.S.A. She has a Master degree of Education with an emphasis in Guidance and Counseling for children from Kindergarten to High school (U.S. Graduated 2002). She is a Malaysia Registered Counselor (KB,PA). She was an Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor and an Oklahoma Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is also a certified brainwave trainer (Taiwan 2015), a certified Hypnosis Therapist (U.K). She was honorably reward with the title of P.J.K (Pingat Jasa Kebaktian is Devotional Service Medal of Malaysia) in year 2018. She returned to Malaysia in 2010 and co-founded SEED training and counseling Centre, NeufEC Consultancy Centre PLT. She incorporated her many years of psychology and clinical therapy experience into her talks, trainings and workshops, which became her signature style. She has conducted many successful soft skills development workshops and trainings for cooperate company like
PPC worldwide, Tuning point integrated wellness Centre, Star Cruises, Mattel Malaysia, City Bank Penang, HD training Centre, etc.

She has conducted more than one hundred EAP wellness talks and EAP wellness small group discussions, also many EAP wellness training. These EAP programs’ purpose is to improve employee performance by reducing costs related to unmotivated
performance; to improve productivity; to strengthen workplace wellness and work satisfaction; to reduce absenteeism due to low level of motivation of work; & to attract
and retain talents. The areas of sharing/training includes: “improving motivation at work”, “ setting and achieving goals”, “ positive emotions”, “ improving morale and team spirit”, “bounce back from stress”, “adjusting to changes at work”, “managing stress at work”, “ maintaining work life balance”, “embrace differences at work”, “couching skills for supervisors” ,“Assertive Communication skills” , “ mindfulness at work”, “ recognizing mental health issues at work”, and others employee motivation and wellness related topics.

Her skillful consultation and couching techniques comes from her almost 20 years of counseling/couching experiences especially in the area of relational issues with work place, individuals, couples, families, and groups with range of clients who come from different ages, needs, background, and cultures and believes. With her different cooperate, clinical experiences in U.S., Japan, China and Malaysia, it has been proven that her couching training was well received with good outcome and personal therapy sessions have high-improved rate.
