My name is Angelika.
I am here to listen to you in a confidential non-judgemental space where I can help you look inwards and become aware of the way you are making choices.
You can then make informed decisions for what is in your best interest and move forward.
I believe that we all have higher potentials we can reach. I hope you will come to believe it too.
I have been working in a number of Face-to-Face settings including private practice, NHS Counselling services, charitable and private organisations.
I have experience with people who go through life changes, suffer from anxiety, low self-esteem, divorce, depression, relationship problems, work-related stress, dealing with grief and loss and more.
'Integrative' means that I am not limiting my approach to one school of therapy. This ensures that therapy is unique for each of my clients.
(MA) trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), a registered member by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and of the European Association for Counselling (EAC).
I am experienced in Online Counselling, have trained with the Online Therapy Institute (OTI) and I am an accredited member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO).
