Brittany Stark

My name is Brittany Stark. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have worked in the mental health field for the last 3 years. My expertise is related to working with individuals that have experienced grief and loss, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, or mood, behavioral issues, and career challenges. I also specialize in working with children ages 5-18. I have also worked in the school setting as a School Counselor for 9 years and have worked with students on a variety of issues, such as bullying, depression, anxiety, career exploration, and much more.

My therapeutic style is kind, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I strive to build a good therapeutic relationship with all my clients. I will treat all my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I like to use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. I individualize the treatment to best meet the needs of each of my clients. I am very passionate about my work and want to make my clients feel comfortable during their sessions.
