I am the co-founder of InPsychful LLP, Singapore. We are a private practice providing a wide range of psychological services online and in-person, as well as mental health workshops for organisations. In our practice, we believe that everyone, regardless of race or gender identity, has the right to pursue their own mental and emotional well-being. As a psychologist, my client's privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance.
I obtained my Masters in Forensic Psychology in 2016 at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP), Chicago, IL. USA. During my time in Chicago, I had experience with clients who had pressing concerns such as, suicidal ideation, trauma, international students who faced problems adjusting to a new country, anxiety, domestic violence, child abuse, sexual abuse trauma, relationship problems, phase of life challenges, and LGBT+ clients. In addition to individual therapy, I also designed programmes and workshops such as, International Student Support Group (ISSG), weekly relaxation techniques group.
Upon completion of my postgraduate degree, I returned to Singapore and worked with a government agency as a Forensic Psychologist for approximately 2 years. During my time with the organisation, I conducted psychological assessments for violent and sex offenders and provided individual and group treatment to violent youth offenders. I am also a recently certified Mental Toughness Coach (USA), and provide mental resilience coaching for individuals who require such service.
