After a successful career in business and fashion I decided to pursue my long held curiosity and passion for the human condition and the power of creativity in healing.
I trained at the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education in London, England where I obtained a Masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Arts Therapy. I draw from various theoretical schools of thought and concepts to support my clinical practice. This is mainly grounded in Cognitive, behavioural and psychoanalytic thinking with a relational humanistic approach.
I have worked in the NHS, charitable organisations and in private practice. I am now enjoying working full time in private practice and responding to an increasing demand for online therapy.
I specialise in treating anxiety, depression and supporting people going through life transitions such as moving countries, jobs, navigating relational changes and I have also worked with women going through the menopause.
I support my practice with robust supervision and obide by ethics set by UKCP and HCPC as I believe it keeps the integrity of the therapeutic work.
