I will be working with you through phone consultation and in person consultation. I am the place you need to take some time-out and find a listener who listens to your life. This is the place to help you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, which will help you to take your threatening situations replaced with finding solutions and do interventions to not affect you further. We do this by working together with my Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools and coaching skills, to set you goal and for you to achieve them. We will be taken this journey together, the solutions that we find for your difficult problems you learn to make these more manageable. So lets make this clear, achieving is not all about controlling your thoughts but learning to stop your thoughts control you!
I have been practicing for last 4 years, I worked in both primary and secondary setting also being a personal tutor. I am committed to provide mental health, in caring safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. The session duration all depends on your circumstances and what approach you need. I believe in lifelong learning and I will continue investing in myself, to help you improve your emotional wellbeing.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), is commonly used psychotherapeutic approaches for treating mental health problems. CBT is recommended by NHS, NICE guidelines, I work with individuals who needs support with your relationship, family, marriage, depression anxiety, work issues, low self-confidence, feeling of emptiness. CBT tools will help you identify, challenge and overcome your dysfunctional thoughts, behaviours and emotions. We work together to develop your self-confidence, better understanding of yourself, your goals and values. By working together to improve your skills.
