Kayleigh Radcliffe

Hi I'm kayleigh! I have always been a people person, and i have a passion for helping my clients achieve positive change in their lives, i started studying person centered counselling and psychotherapy in 2015 and completed my diploma in 2018, i started working with clients in 2017 within an organization in Cornwall that caters for victims of domestic abuse and family violence and i continue to see clients through that charity and train regularly in this area.

i have also been in private practice for 3 years and i train in lots different areas of mental health and the human experience every month, i enjoy training and learning alongside getting outdoors, spending time on the coast and i also enjoy ART,

i understand more and more people are reaching out for help which is amazing as exploring our own inner workings in a non judgmental, safe and confidential environment can have huge advantages, but i also understand its extremely hard to do, not to mention scary if you have not experienced counselling before, i will do all i can to put you at ease, i work in a client centered way, building trust and openness at your own pace to deepen our therapeutic relationship in the aim of empowering you to find solutions and positive change in your life, i intend to walk by your side on the therapy journey as we explore the different aspects of the self together and hopefully bring about peace and resolution for you.

in light of what has been going on in the world recently, i admire anyone who is taking the time to reach out to gain better mental wellbeing, life situations and experiences can leave us with an array of feelings and emotions such as Pain, low self esteem, anger, feelings of worthlessness and more , together we can explore these and give your feelings a voice, you are worth it, its just about taking that first step out of our comfort zone and to recognize our worth once more.
