Kerri Stone

I began my educational path by completing a college program in children/youth mental health, followed by attaining a BA in Psychology with distinction. In 2018, I completed graduate school with a Master's of Science degree specific to psycho-social health.

Prior to becoming licensed as a Registered Psychotherapist in 2016, I worked for 15 years in the social services sector in my community providing psycho-therapeutic support to children, youth, young adults, parents, and families.

I have been operating my own private practice for 4+ years where I provide support to individuals and families experiencing a variety of challenges related to mental health and/or behavior choices. I have particular interest and expertise in "disorders" of emotion (anxiety, fear/phobias, low mood, anger, shame) and strive to help individuals achieve improved operating and regulation at the emotional level. I believe that families and individuals function at their best when there is integration and balance between all systems of family life as well as within individuals themselves.
