I am a fully qualified Integrative therapist offering counselling and psychotherapy from comfortable practise rooms in both central London and east London. I also offer therapy to clients online via Skype.
I am qualified as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor having trained through a BACP accredited training course, with an emphasis on engaging with clients in a deep and meaningful manner, using the relationship to alleviate discomforts, gain insights and help remove obstacles toward personal growth.
Therapy provides a space where problems can be looked at, worked on in confidence and ultimately provide greater sense of well-being and satisfaction. If you’re struggling with personal difficulties, trying to overcome trauma and alleviate depression and anxiety than therapy can be the most effective way to help with this. I work to build a relationship with my clients that is unique and dependable. Whatever it is that you’re going through you needn’t go through it alone.
