Four years experience as a clinical counselor in outpatient settings at Friendship House, NJ treating a wide variety of behavioral health conditions. With expertise in helping adults experiencing various challenge such as addiction, mental illness, and psychosocial stressors, my additional strengths is my motivation to help people to grow, change and rebuild themselves from painful experience . Doing therapy is rewarding for me, since I have an opportunity to be an witness and in a process of becoming the real you but only stronger without the baggage from the past.
My life philosophy is that the growth is painful but there is nothing more painful then remaining somewhere where you don't belong, being someone who you are not and getting stuck in a zone of comfortable pain.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic which means that I am combining different types of approaches such as REBT, Bowen, CBT, EMDR adapted to suit the requirement of the clients. Ultimately I strongly believe that the negative patterns of behaviors towards self and others can be unlearned the same they were learn in order to experience the true fulfillment .
