I have always been interested in people and what makes them 'tick' After having a few hiccups in my life I became drawn to helping others to understand themselves and find a way to move forward and to give them the support while they gain that strength and confidence.

I have studied courses in Counselling, CBT, Online Counselling and Couples and Family Therapy and gained Diplomas and Certificates. But most of all I have over 10,000 hours working face to face in a variety of settings (Doctors surgeries, Prisons, Mind, Working with Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Addiction as well as private practice). I am also an Adoption Counsellor which means that I am registered and trained in all aspects of adoption. Having studied and qualified as EMDR therapist I enjoy helping clients to overcome and process all kinds of trauma.

I offer warmth, empathy, a safe space and my professional experience to help you to overcome what is bothering you and stopping you being the person you want to be and the life you would like to live.
