Sandra Retmanski

I am an experienced Counsellor, I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and MSc in Psychology. I am also a life and Health and Wellness coach.

I have worked as a Counsellor in an educational setting supporting children dealing with anxiety and depression in schools, the NHS (National Health Service) and Crisis Mental Health Team.
I am a Person-Centred therapist but also use CBT and Solution Focus approach when required. I have a broad range of adult and young people’s clients covering issues relates with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, personality disorders, relational issues, trauma, PTSD, loss, anger management, addiction. eating disorder, OCD, social anxiety, cultural issues, sexuality, sexual orientation and substance misuse.

I am passionate about counselling, which helps to empower clients, enabling them to live fulfilling lives. I can provide therapy in Portuguese for those who require it. I am also able to provide therapy via telephone, face to face or online (Skype and Zoom).
