Working with men and women and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, life direction concerns, self-esteem challenges, perinatal mental health issues and career path questions.
I am an integrative therapist, using techniques, guiding concepts from a wide range of empirically-based psychological theories and practices. Much of my work is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (AT) inspired, and involves person-centered listening therapy and counselling working with a wide variety of individuals.
My experience spans cultures, continents and life experiences. This work is my passion: I love what I do, I find it inspiring, energising, hopeful, effective and life changing.
I have a Bachelor's degree along with a Masters in Applied Social Science (Counselling), am a member of my national governing body (PACFA) and student member of the Australian Psychological Society. I've been working in the field for 17 years.
I am situated in New South Wales, Australia, and work with people situated all over the world via online video conferencing.
