I graduated from Wayne State University with a Masters of Social Work. Completed my undergrad at Oakland University with a Bachelors of Social Work. I have worked in behavioral health for the past 5 years in various capacities serving all populations. As a therapist, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics and families.
My skills include one-on-one therapy, groups, problem solving, grief therapy, coaching and mentoring. I have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy treatment addressing anxiety, PTSD, depression and self-esteem.
My therapy approach stems toward an integrative approach utilizing CBT-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as a strong foundation. My primary focus is developing a person centered treatment plan that allows for "successful therapy". Key component of "successful therapy" is showing up and fight for a healthy mental wellness.
My passion for encouraging, lifting up and building people to their fullest potential.
