"Live your life AUTHENTICALLY which includes balance mentally, spiritually and physically" is my motto. I want every individual I work with to define their power in the world by overcoming and expanding from any barriers to PERSONAL GROWTH! As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Reiki Master, I use Holistic techniques to assist in finding the balance between the MIND, BODY and SPIRIT! With a focus on a Strengths-Based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I emphasize the importance of understanding how to expand on what is currently WORKING in your life (which will assist with developing a plan to address any challenges that may be internal blockages to your potential growth).
I work with adults on parenting issues, domestic violence, past trauma, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, anger issues, LGBTQ challenges, grief/bereavement, self-esteem, relationship issues, and abuse.
I use journaling, positive visualization, mindfulness, breathing techniques, hypnotherapy exercises and other approaches to teach tools that will ultimately promote and foster growth in oneself.
