About Me

Hi, I’m Alison, and I’d love to connect! As a compassionate, skilled therapist, I am dedicated to coming alongside people as they move through the ever-changing ebb and flow of life. My approach offers a safe therapeutic space for expressing and exploring your inner experiences. The collaborative work we will do together will offer a way to identify, understand, and shift limiting beliefs & patterns that may have you feeling stuck. This self-inquiry process will invite you to step into less suffering and more inner peace.

My therapy style is one of curiosity, care, patience, open-mindedness, and empathy. I offer a collaborative approach which gives space for your self-knowledge, abilities, skills, resilience, and insight.

My education includes a B.Sc (Psychology), B.Ed (Education) and M.Ed (Counselling); I am a licensed, Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) with 23 years of experience providing support to clients moving through depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, addiction, life transition, grief and loss.

I look forward to meeting you!
Alison
