My journey to becoming a therapist began in the Canadian Forces, where I learned the value of dedication and resilience. I later spent a decade as an international educator, a role that shaped me into a "gentle leader" and revealed a profound need for specialized mental health support within our communities. Today, I combine these diverse perspectives to offer a safe, inclusive, and open-minded space for individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. I offer clients a place to become their own guide as we work together, focusing on what matters to them.
In my practice, I draw from a rich toolkit of modalities—such as ACT, Narrative Therapy, and IFS—but I believe the most effective approach is the one we build together. I view every client through a fresh lens, blending techniques like CBT and DBT to honour your unique story and ensure you receive the personalized support you deserve.
As a compassionate and insightful therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you as a dedicated partner in your journey toward mental well-being.
