As a compassionate therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you as a dedicated partner in your journey toward mental well-being.
Throughout my life, I have deeply integrated the values of dedication and resilience. My background serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, combined with a decade as an international educator, helped me foster the role of a "gentle leader" and revealed a profound need for specialized mental health support within our communities. Today, I bring these diverse perspectives together to offer a safe, inclusive, and open-minded space for individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. I provide an environment where you can become your own guide as we focus on what truly matters to you.
In my practice, I draw from a rich toolkit of modalities—including ACT, Narrative Therapy, and IFS—but I believe the most effective approach is the one we build together. I view every client through a fresh lens, blending techniques like CBT and DBT to honour your unique story and ensure you receive the personalized, holistic support you deserve.

"I am 50 and have had many many therapists, counsellors, psychologists... throughout my life, and they were never effective or tuned into my specific issues. I have walked out of sessions because the "help" was just so unhelpful. After one month of seeing my therapist here I have learned more and gotten more help than I ever have before. My therapist is the most amazing person who not only makes me feel comfortable and seen, but gives me the most effective advice and homework I have ever had. I have progressed more in this past month with her than I ever have with anyone else. I am just so overjoyed with my decision to try therapy here. I will never go anywhere else for my mental health support."
