Dr. Amary Alcide

Dr. Amary Alcide is licensed psychotherapist and published academic who provides integrative emotional wellness support as well as mental health therapy to women and traditional couples. Dr. Alcide specializes in couple's counseling, women's issues (such as emotional stressors, pregnancy, and role stress to name a few), pre-marital coaching, parenting, skill development/career coaching, coping, family dynamics, as well as grief and loss issues. Dr. Alcide assesses the unique strengths of each client with keen attention given to developmental, cultural, social, and environmental norms to develop a tailored plan of action to meet client needs. Further, she utilizes both her clinical expertise as well as the most up-to-date integrative research to advise on best practices in order to provide not only optimal care, but support that is well informed and useful.
