I have over 20 years of experience in the helping professional. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science, a Masters of Social work, with speciality certification in a myriad of evidence-based approaches inclusive of approach mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapies, DBT, narrative therapy, neurobiology, ACT based approaches, Interpersonal psychotherapy, and trauma paradigms.

I always endeavour to create a safe and non-judgemental space, and consider it a great privilege to support a client navigate their way through the muck & complexities of life. I believe that my clients have the desire and the capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential, and that they are the experts on their own lives. Therefore, I will not give you advice or offer solutions, but will work with you to help you understand yourself more fully and to find your own inner resources. With greater self-awareness and trust in yourself coupled with the use of therapeutic tools, I hope that you will be able to make constructive changes, leading to a more satisfying and meaningful life.
