I consider myself to be a reflective individual who wants to make a difference in people's
lives and very passionate about supporting victims of trauma with much work experience in
helping those who have endured very traumatic life events including victims of human
trafficking, sexual exploitation and domestic violence.

Working for the UK home office as a welfare professional supporting people through traumatic life experiences, providing tools, resources and support to help them overcome difficult
challenges they may be facing, and walk with them through the healing journey. Indivisuals who had fled war and persecution. Well equipped with dealing with all different language and cultures and using interpretor services.

My role has always been to support those in a vulnerable situation or through difficult and
challenging times in their life by supporting with therapeutic intervention and motivational
coaching, and through a step-by-step approach which will allow them to evolve and heal
through the trauma. My work experience has enabled me to work with people of all different
age groups, complex needs and people from all different backgrounds, cultures and traditions.
My Therapeutic practice is integrative Counselling and uses both CBT and person-centred
therapy.

My most recent role working with refugees has been an incredible experience and being to learn about many different cultures, nationalities and gaining skills to help people from all walks of life and remove barriers for them. I am very passionate about helping others to overcome difficulties.

Currently I work for private health care and support patients with theraputic support these are patient refferred from Macmillan cancer support and also through private insurance and a range of diverse needs anxiety, trauma, dpression and health issues.
