Angel Babcock

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee and Indiana and a Registered Telehealth Provider in Florida with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of working in residential, outpatient, and in-home settings, supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health diagnoses.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. I bring a person-centered, holistic, and eclectic approach to our work together, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where we partner to identify your strengths, explore your challenges, and develop practical coping strategies.

I draw upon a variety of proven methods, including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe unhelpful thoughts, mindfulness practices to ground you in the present moment, motivational Interviewing to harness your intrinsic motivation, and solution-focused Counseling to build on what’s already working.

While I’m comfortable addressing many concerns, my current interests include helping clients navigate anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues, relationship challenges, and learning to set and maintain healthy boundaries
