Hi there! My name is Anna, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. I am so glad you are here.

Feeling stuck or captive in your own mind can make everyday life feel overwhelming. My goal is to help you break free from those patterns and live fully in the present moment. In our remote sessions and modules, we will work collaboratively to define what you want to achieve and map out a practical path forward.

I take an eclectic, evidence-based approach to care, integrating modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll work to understand and reframe negative thoughts, cultivate emotional balance, and build concrete coping tools you can use every day.

I bring extensive clinical experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan, including adolescents, couples, and families, as well as a background in crisis response and high-risk care. I look forward to meeting you right where you are and supporting you in your therapeutic journey.
