Hi there! I am Antionette Edmonds and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Seeking Solutions of South Florida, LLC a private therapy practice. I am so delighted to walk alongside you on your journey with therapy. It is truly one of the best decisions that you will make. As your therapist, consider myself your professional friend. I will cultivate a safe, non-judgmental and warm space to talk about any pressing issues and problem that you bring. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Florida and I am also working towards becoming licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Additionally, I am a member of the American Counseling Association and a fellow member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in working with emerging adults.
My style is direct and warm. I am compassionate, relatable, and interactive. My main priority is to create a space of safety, trust, and acceptance, while I remain curious, open-minded and collaborative.

"I'm pleased with the worksheets and different sections to complete. I like the accountability. I also enjoy the videos. I watch them and then I read the written format and it helps me retain the information. There are so many great tools I'm learning to use. The yoga videos are also helpful. I've only met with my counselor once but feel our relationship is fine so far. I look forward to working with her on a more regular basis."
