Aricka Ream

Hello. I my name is Aricka and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2017, a Limited Licensed Counselor since 2014. I help individuals of all ages navigate challenges such as anxiety, relationship conflict, self-esteem and parenting. I’ve worked as a School Based Mental Health Counselor for 8 years and specialize in parenting. I also have three years of experience working in an inpatient mental and behavioral facility as an Intake Clinician, and managed three different county programs (Juvenile Justice, Children’s Early Intervention and the Mobile Children’s Assessment Team) as a Clinical Program Coordinator for three years. My approach is companionate and collaborative focusing on helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re dealing with day to day stress or deeper emotional patterns, we’ll work together at your pace to find clarity, confidence, and balance.
