Aymara Valladares

Aymara Valladares is a bilingual English/Spanish licensed clinician with more than 15 years of experience. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, families and couples whether struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, anger management, ADHD, conduct disorders, stress management, and marital conflicts. She provides individual, group and family therapy as well as couples counseling.

Mrs. Valladares holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Carlos Albizu University in Miami, Florida. She obtained her Licensed Mental Health Counseling license in 2009. Mrs Valladares is licensed to practice in the states of Florida, Nevada, Colorado, Utah and Virginia.

Her therapeutic approach is geared to provide her clients a safe and nurturing environment to address the challenges of everyday life while paving the way to make the desired changes. Her therapeutical approach include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy Behavioral Therapy.
