As a qualified practitioner, I offer expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), generalist counseling, psychosis support, and drug and alcohol counseling. Holding the title of Social Worker AMHSW, I bring over a decade of experience in diverse mental health settings, complemented by membership with AASW and registration with Medicare.
My approach as a counselor revolves around harnessing individual strengths, delving into personal narratives, and navigating relationships to empower clients in realizing their full potential despite life's obstacles. My areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depression, relationship dynamics, self-esteem enhancement, life coaching, stress and anger management, panic disorders, as well as the management of borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, and bipolar affective disorder.

But most of all I'm happy with my very intelligent, experienced, insightful therapist Bernadette. First time doing cognitive therapy and I see it's the best therapy.
