Seeking help for your mental health could be the first step in making a change for the better. My mental health interest are anxiety, depression, grief, trauma related, daily life stressors and more. I strive to encourage and support my clients to meet their therapy goals with coping skills, self-motivation and client centered techniques. A client should be willing and wanting to better their quality of daily life.

My professional experience includes working with child and adults through the Department of Family and Children Services, victims of physical, sexual and emotional trauma, adults in healthcare and clinic settings and active duty military and families. I am a License Clinical Social Worker in GA. I provide online and in-person counseling in GA for ages 13+. I help client achieve their therapy goals by using CBT, client-centered techniques and support.
