Beverly Lutz

Greetings. My name is Beverly and I am excited and looking forward to the opportunity to chat with you. I look forward to walking with you on your journey to peace, clarity and fulfillment. I have been a fully licensed therapist for over 21 years. My goal is to create a safe, calm and affirming setting in which you feel comfortable to share anything that is on your mind. There is no judgment here. We all have struggles and we all need support from time to time. I invite you to bring a cup of tea or a cup of coffee, get comfortable and let’s talk about where you want to see changes in your life. It is not my job to provide answers but to provide you with guidance and gentle encouragement as you discover these answers for yourself. I will ask you thought-provoking questions and encourage you to try out a different perspective. It may feel a bit uncomfortable but that only means that you are growing. I know that it can be scary to reach out for help. On some days, you know that it is the right thing to do but then the next day comes and you feel better so you think that you don’t need the help. But you and I both know that feeling never lasts long. You need to address those lingering, uncomfortable feelings once and for all. You deserve to live a life with the tools that you need to cope with whatever challenges come your way.
