Brianna Stallings

I have an MA in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida. I also have a BS in Psychology from the University of Central Florida as well. I am very passionate about being a therapist and helping my clients heal from trauma. The population I most enjoy working with is trauma survivors experiencing PTSD, anxiety, panic, depression, etc. I have used a myriad of approaches to therapy in the past and prefer to tailor my approach to what my client needs in the moment. My modalities include the following: EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, faith based, and client centered.

I find being a therapist extremely rewarding, and I absolutely love my job. I feel like I get to live my dreams when I see my clients feeling better every week and talking about how far they have come through their therapy journey. I’m truly honored to be able to sit with my clients in the midst of crisis and hardship and help them grow, heal, and thrive through the adversity.
