Brittany Elledge
,Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, not fixed. My work centers on helping clients slow down, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel safe, sustainable, and empowering. Many of the people I work with appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Together, we focus on building clarity, emotional regulation, and self-trust so life feels more manageable and aligned.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I meet each client where they are and tailor our work to their unique nervous system, values, and goals. Sessions often blend insight-oriented conversation with concrete tools for real life—especially during moments of stress, conflict, or emotional overload. I emphasize understanding patterns, identifying unhelpful thought cycles, and developing healthier ways to respond rather than react.
I prioritize safety, autonomy, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. Clients are encouraged to move at their own pace, ask questions, and take an active role in shaping the direction of our work. I value honesty and curiosity over perfection, and I believe growth is most lasting when it’s rooted in self-compassion rather than pressure or shame.
My background supports a holistic view of mental health that recognizes the connection among thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the body. I am especially mindful of how stress, past experiences, and relational dynamics can shape present-day struggles. Whether clients are working through anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, my goal is to help them feel more grounded, capable, and confident in navigating their lives.
Above all, I see therapy as a space to practice being human—without judgment, without rushing, and without having to hold everything together alone. My role is to walk alongside clients as they build skills, insight, and resilience, and to support them in creating a life that feels more steady, intentional, and true to who they are.

"A month and a few days in, I'm aleady seeing a difference in how I feel and act, and understanding myself better. I wasn't sure therapy solely through messages would do much, but my therapist is great at asking just the right questions to get me thinking deeper about things I used to take as "just how I am."
The flexibility is great, and I like being able to take the time to think through things while I'm writing my responses. My therapist's responses are usually quick-- usually there will be a message waiting in the morning and I'll think it over during the day, send my response that night, and continue the conversation the following day.
Even the cheapest tier is worth a shot, in my opinion."

"Excellent service. Very easy to schedule and I like that the therapist and I meet weekly online but also chat and work together on my worksheets in between sessions. The worksheets are very helpful and make the in person online sessions much more affected
I highly recommend!"
