As a clinician specializing in substance abuse counseling and helping people heal from trauma, it is my passion and an honor to create a safe and accepting space for people to feel and process what is keeping them trapped in cycles and patterns they want to escape from. As well as educating and working together with loved ones of those who struggle with addiction in their own recovery journey, as this is a family disease. With deep empathy, giving back what was given to me in my own healing journey.
Working together, I hope to help clients develop healthy coping skills to make positive choices for themselves and their recovery and healing. I truly believe everyone already has everything they need inside them to be successful.
Let me sit with you while you find acceptance of who you are, while you navigate the space between who you were and who you truly want to be. You are an expert on your own life, even if it doesn't feel that way. My job is to seek to understand the direction you want your life to head and empower you to take actions to getting yourself there. Sometimes all people need is to feel seen, heard, and understood to start heading in the right direction. Allow me to create that space of acceptance so you can become your best version of you.

"I'm able to type out what my voice would normally hides. There's a clear path to thinking deeper about my problems."
