Carol Williams

I run a private practice in South Florida; where I serve a diverse client base who are motivated to heal and remove obstacles that block their view of clarity. I specialize in trauma work, cult abuse, PTSD, torture victims, and grief. Previously, I worked in settings that included hospitals, recovery centers, and organizations that served victims of sex trafficking and torture. Before becoming a licensed therapist. My philosophy revolves around individuating the level of care that dignifies the modules I use as well as respecting the philosophical outlook of a client.
I integrate treatment by combining conventional therapy with healing modules that are holistic and healing. The human struggle may be different in expressions, but the universal themes of fear, pain, and uncertainty; as well as wonder, feeling, and hope are shared. I love to remind people of their strengths as well as effectively teach them how to remove the weaknesses that can compromise those strengths. Outside of my practice, I still write mostly works of fiction, but my deepest thought is whether I should eat 2 instead of 5 scoops of ice cream.
