Carolnette Arbouine

My name is Carolnette and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I utilize CBT as my treatment approach. I understand that each person is different and walks a different path in life that may include trauma, issues with their family system among other things and obstacles in life. My focus is issues with anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, stress and others.

My goal is to help my clients through their daily life struggles. I see therapy as a collaborative process and a journey that we go on together through sessions. I hope that through our time working together, my clients will grow to become their best self with tools, knowledge and strength to not just achieve their goals but to take on life on a day to day basis.
