Chelsea enjoys partnering with individuals to dive deeper into various mental and emotional struggles and journey towards healing and freedom. Since completing her Social Work degree she has gained extensive virtual counselling experience, specializing in the areas of addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family issues, relationship issues and stress.
Chelsea practices from a client-centred approach and places priority upon understanding issues through the client's perspective. Using therapeutic modalities from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, Chelsea brings a comprehensive and flexible approach to her sessions. Chelsea excels at identifying and empowering client strengths while also gently navigating and exploring areas of growth.
Chelsea views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative opportunity to journey towards wholeness, and she is honoured to be invited on that journey with every client.
Her goal is for clients to feel enlightened and empowered after every session, leaving with a deeper sense of freedom.

"I'm so glad I started online therapy.com. This program has helped me become more aware of things I can improve on and how to help with that. I have only been doing it for two weeks and already seeing improvements in my day! I enjoy doing the worksheets and discussing them with my therapist Chelsea. She is lovely and I feel very supported when I chat to her. I wish their were more available time slots for live chats as with the time difference it only leaves 1 or 2 sessions I could do. I enjoy the live chats along with the worksheets I feel like you get a good mix of both in order to really work through issues and go through them"
