Hello there and welcome to my site! My name is Christal and I would love to welcome you to this platform. What is your story? Everyone has one, and it's the details of that story that has led you here today. My approach to therapy is simple. I help client's "Do Their Work." If you're ready for a breakthrough, and are ready to do your work, then I'm your counselor. It's as simple as that!
I specialize in the "tough stuff" and make it my goal to help my clients do their work as they navigate through life's challenges. I have a BA in Sociology and a MA in Counseling which has allowed me the wonderful opportunity to learn about people and their behaviors and to also help me in teaching my clients how to heal and grow from the challenges of life. As a licensed mental health counselor, and marriage and family therapist my specialties include Stress Management, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Trauma and Abuse, Self esteem, and more.
In this safe you are not just another client with just another issue. While you are working with me I want to help support you weekly until you feel that you have thoroughly accomplished your therapuetic goals.
