We all need tools and resources to live better lives. My job is to fill your toolbox with expert tools and more resources that 'up skil'l your quality of life and/or help you resolve an immediate problem, e.g, a relationship break-up or a recent move.

Another service I offer you is to help you understand how and why your current challenge is being presented now, and what to do about it!

The techniques of counselling, coaching and psychotherapy are what I use to help those living abroad: expats, global nomads, TCKs (Third Culture Kids) and mostly we meet online for our sessions. The position I hold gently is as a licensed, Master’s degreed counsellor and therapist for the past 30 years working in Ireland, USA, mainland Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Our goal is to work myself out of the job because I helped and guided you towards a stronger and healthier you.

Christine is licensed and certified a clinical social worker, counsellor and psychotherapist in Ireland, New York, Florida and South Carolina. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University.

As an early adopter and provider of online health services, Christine has 15+ years’ experience caring for expats, digital nomads, Third Culture Kids and other mobile peoples. Her global presentations and workshops focus on wellness & mindfulness training, anxiety & stress reduction method, improving trauma recovery and resilience, as well as online counselling training for clinicians. Christine’s consultation services include program development & assessments for NGO’s, and intergenerational conflict & mediation for family owned corporations.
