Ciji Khan

I am a compassionate and client-centred Mental Health Therapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work. As a Registered Social Worker, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore challenges, develop meaningful coping strategies, and work toward positive change.

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, workplace stress, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation challenges.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
