Welcome to my Profile!

My background is in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Image, Politics and Persuasion and Psychology. After years of passion and interest in the mind and the functionality of our mental and emotional selves, I went on to study Psychotherapy, where I received my diploma with honours, and am now a member of the governing body in Ontario, CRPO.

The approach I was introduced to had a Psychosomatic approach, which means, through your thoughts and emotions create your own reality, may that be a back ache or depression. The many tools I learnt have supported by clients from caged to free, feeling deliberate and intentionally in control of their lives. I use a solution focused, client centred approach, so we can get to the root and work to a solution that works for you, to have you achieving the results that you desire in your life.
It has been powerful for me as a practitioner to see the transformations and confidence grow in my clients as they see they are the master of their own lives. My empowered approach to therapy is both educational and transformational.
