I’ve had the honor of serving people from all walks of life in my career since 2005, getting my bachelor’s and master’s degrees (2009, 2011) which has provided the opportunity to focus on my greatest passion- providing support to those affected by environmental and social stressors, mental health, and trauma. I appreciate a variety of therapeutic models and glean from several to tailor my work with each client in order to address a wide range of issues. I'm always eager to learn about new techniques and how I can best offer support to others.

I will work with you to think creatively and to help you to focus on what works best for you in order to utilize your strengths and identify your triggers. I aim to ensure that my suggestions or recommendations are carefully tailored to your specific needs, that is why rapport and communication is so helpful in the process of therapy. My desire is to help you identify and cope more effectively with problems in daily living and to deal with internal conflicts to achieve more satisfying personal and interpersonal relationships. This is accomplished by establishing healthy rapport, connection, and attachment in a nurturing and safe environment, increasing personal awareness of obstacles and strengths, taking personal responsibility to make the changes necessary to attain your goals, and encouragement to utilize all available community, medical, and self-help resources.
